These Terms of Sale constitute a legally binding contractual agreement governing all online purchase transactions between Mornvold (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any individual or entity placing orders on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer / Customer”). By accessing our website, browsing products, completing checkout and submitting payment, you fully acknowledge, understand and unconditionally accept all terms, conditions and clauses stated below. These Terms of Sale shall apply in conjunction with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, forming the complete legal agreement for all sales services. This document complies with French Commercial Law, French Consumer Code, EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and relevant e-commerce regulatory provisions.

1. Contract Parties & Contract Formation

The Seller is the exclusive provider of all products displayed and sold on this website. 1.2 The Buyer refers to any natural person or legal entity who legally browses, orders and purchases goods through this website. Customers confirm that they have full legal capacity to enter into valid sales contracts. 1.3 Submitting an order and completing payment constitutes a purchase offer from the Buyer. A formal binding sales contract is only established after the Seller issues an official order confirmation email to the Buyer’s registered email address. 1.4 Mornvold reserves the right to verify order information, payment legitimacy and delivery details before formal fulfillment. We retain the absolute right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order under reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent transactions, abnormal order data, system pricing errors, inventory shortages, invalid delivery addresses, violation of platform rules or malicious order behavior. For any cancelled paid orders, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method without additional compensation liability.

2. Product Information, Description & Pricing Rules

2.1 All product pictures, size charts, color displays, material descriptions, functional introductions, specifications, usage guidance and promotional content published on the website serve only as illustrative references. Mornvold endeavors to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of product information; however, minor visual differences may exist due to screen resolution deviation, lighting angle, shooting environment, photographic color correction and normal industrial batch production differences. Such minor discrepancies do not constitute product defects, false advertising, misrepresentation or contractual breach. 2.2 All displayed product prices are denominated in Euro (EUR). Prices for orders delivered to Metropolitan France include statutory French VAT. For cross-border orders delivered to other EU member states or non-EU regions, local import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees and other administrative charges may be imposed by the destination country, all of which shall be independently borne by the customer. 2.3 Shipping fees are calculated intelligently based on destination, package weight, volume and shipping method, and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. No hidden fees or arbitrary surcharges will be charged after payment confirmation. 2.4 Mornvold reserves the right to adjust product pricing, discount rules, promotional activities and package specifications at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments and activity changes will only take effect for newly placed orders and will not affect confirmed and paid orders. In the event of obvious technical system errors leading to abnormal low pricing or incorrect price display, the Seller has the right to cancel relevant abnormal orders and complete full refunds.

3. Payment Terms & Transaction Security

4. Order Fulfillment, Delivery & Risk Transfer

All delivery times are estimated reference values and are not absolute guaranteed delivery deadlines. Logistics delays caused by carrier congestion, customs inspection, peak seasons, extreme weather, strikes and force majeure factors shall not be deemed as Seller’s contractual breach. 4.2 The Buyer shall be solely responsible for providing complete, accurate and valid delivery addresses, recipient names, contact numbers and supplementary address information (such as building code, access code and unit number). Mornvold shall not be liable for delivery failure, parcel return, loss or extra logistics fees caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Once the order is dispatched, address modification requests cannot be guaranteed. 4.3 The ownership of products shall be formally transferred to the Buyer after full payment is completed and the parcel is successfully delivered. The risk of product loss, damage or breakage shall be transferred to the Buyer automatically at the moment the goods are handed over to the official third-party logistics carrier.

5. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right & Return Rules

5.1 In compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, EU consumers enjoy a statutory 14-day cooling-off withdrawal period. The withdrawal period starts from the date when the customer physically receives the goods. Customers may apply for order cancellation and goods return within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. 5.2 To exercise the withdrawal right, customers must send a clear withdrawal notification via our official email within the valid period and return the goods in original condition, unused, unwashed, unmodified, with complete original packaging, labels and accessories. 5.3 In accordance with EU and French consumer law, partial categories of goods are exempted from the 14-day unconditional return right, including sealed hygiene products that have been opened, customized personalized products, perishable goods and digital downloadable products. 5.4 All return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by factory defects, wrong item delivery or in-transit damage attributable to the Seller. After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods and confirms compliance with return standards, the refund will be processed to the original payment channel within 3–7 business days.

6. Product Quality & Statutory Warranty

Products enjoy statutory quality warranty services in accordance with French consumer law. 6.3 The official warranty covers only verified factory manufacturing defects. The warranty service does not cover damage caused by artificial misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized disassembly and modification, accidental collision, improper storage, natural wear and tear, and failure to follow official usage instructions. 6.4 If customers receive defective, damaged or wrong products, they shall contact our customer service team within the time limit specified in the Shipping Policy and provide valid photo evidence. We will provide targeted solutions including replacement, partial refund or full refund according to actual conditions.

9. Force Majeure Exemption

Mornvold shall be exempted from contractual liabilities for order delay, delivery suspension, service interruption and performance failure caused by unforeseeable and uncontrollable force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather, logistics carrier strikes, port closure, customs policy adjustment, public health emergencies and government mandatory regulatory measures. We will notify customers of the situation as soon as possible and suspend order performance until the incident ends.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms of Sale and all sales contracts are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. 10.2 All disputes arising from order transactions, after-sales services and contractual interpretation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
